A focused Local SEO practice, not a generalist agency
Why I built the practice around one outcome — more qualified inbound calls for local service businesses — and what working together actually looks like.
01.Why I built a Local SEO practice instead of a generalist agency
Most SEO agencies sell a buffet — paid ads, social media, web design, SEO, branding — and end up doing none of it well. I deliberately went the other way. My entire practice is built around one outcome: helping local service businesses in Bangladesh and globally rank in Google Maps, dominate their service area, and turn local search into a predictable stream of inbound calls.
That focus is what makes the work different. When you only do one thing, you stop guessing. Every audit, every tactic, every report ladders up to the same question — is this profile getting more qualified calls than it was last month?
02.How I think about a client engagement
I treat every client like a long-term partnership, not a deliverable. Before any optimisation work begins, I want to understand the business model, the unit economics of a call, the geography that actually matters, and the competitors who are eating your lunch right now. Only then does the strategy get written.
The work itself is a mix of technical SEO, editorial content, operational systems (reviews, posts, photos), and the new layer of AI search visibility. None of it is glamorous. All of it compounds.
03.What you can expect when we work together
- Direct access — you work with me, not an account manager passing notes.
- Clear scope — every engagement has written deliverables, timelines, and KPIs tied to revenue.
- Honest reporting — geo-grid screenshots, GBP insights, GSC data, no inflated dashboards.
- Education — I'll happily teach your team what we're doing and why, so the work compounds even if we ever stop.
- No lock-in — month-to-month contracts. The work has to keep earning the relationship.
