Behind the Ranking System

I'm Ratul Roy, a Local SEO expert in Bangladesh helping local service businesses improve Google Maps visibility, strengthen website SEO, and turn local searches into qualified inbound calls.

My work is built around one simple belief: local businesses do not need random SEO tasks. They need a clear search visibility system that helps Google, AI platforms, and real customers understand why they should be trusted.

The Story

From Curious Student to Local Search Architect

My SEO journey started during school, long before I ever called it a career. While most people were only using Google to find answers, I became curious about why some businesses appeared everywhere online while others stayed invisible.

That curiosity turned into experiments, freelance projects, and hands-on client work. I studied at Gov PC College while learning how search engines respond to content, websites, business signals, and user intent. Later, as an MBSTU student, I continued combining analytical thinking with practical SEO execution.

Two formative years at Netmark gave me deeper exposure to competitive SEO campaigns, ranking patterns, and strategy execution. As a Fiverr Level 2 Seller with a 4.9★ rating across 243 reviews, I worked with clients across different industries and noticed one common problem: local service businesses were being underserved by generalist SEO providers.

That insight led me to build DigiPolli and focus deeply on Local SEO, Google Maps ranking, Google Business Profile optimization, website SEO, and AI search visibility. Today, my work is focused on helping local businesses become easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to choose.

The Method

Why My SEO Approach Is Different

I do not treat SEO as a checklist. I treat it as a visibility system where Google Maps, website SEO, Google Business Profile signals, citations, reviews, schema, entity signals, and AI search readiness work together.

Local-First Strategy

Built around how people search for services by city, area, urgency, trust, and “near me” intent.

Maps + Website Connection

Your Google Business Profile and website must support each other through categories, service pages, local content, schema, and internal links.

Entity & Trust Signals

Google and AI platforms need clear signals about who you are, what you offer, where you serve, and why your business is trustworthy.

Revenue-Focused SEO

Rankings matter, but the real goal is qualified inbound calls, booked jobs, and measurable business growth.

You can see this approach reflected across my Local SEO services on the homepage.

My Position

Not a Generalist. A Local SEO Specialist.

Many SEO providers offer everything to everyone. My focus is narrower and sharper: helping local service businesses become more visible on Google Maps, stronger in organic search, and easier for AI platforms to understand.

I work best with businesses that depend on local trust, service-area visibility, phone calls, appointment bookings, and high-intent searches.

How I Work

A focused Local SEO practice, not a generalist agency

Why I built the practice around one outcome — more qualified inbound calls for local service businesses — and what working together actually looks like.

01.Why I built a Local SEO practice instead of a generalist agency

Most SEO agencies sell a buffet — paid ads, social media, web design, SEO, branding — and end up doing none of it well. I deliberately went the other way. My entire practice is built around one outcome: helping local service businesses in Bangladesh and globally rank in Google Maps, dominate their service area, and turn local search into a predictable stream of inbound calls.

That focus is what makes the work different. When you only do one thing, you stop guessing. Every audit, every tactic, every report ladders up to the same question — is this profile getting more qualified calls than it was last month?

02.How I think about a client engagement

I treat every client like a long-term partnership, not a deliverable. Before any optimisation work begins, I want to understand the business model, the unit economics of a call, the geography that actually matters, and the competitors who are eating your lunch right now. Only then does the strategy get written.

The work itself is a mix of technical SEO, editorial content, operational systems (reviews, posts, photos), and the new layer of AI search visibility. None of it is glamorous. All of it compounds.

03.What you can expect when we work together

  • Direct access — you work with me, not an account manager passing notes.
  • Clear scope — every engagement has written deliverables, timelines, and KPIs tied to revenue.
  • Honest reporting — geo-grid screenshots, GBP insights, GSC data, no inflated dashboards.
  • Education — I'll happily teach your team what we're doing and why, so the work compounds even if we ever stop.
  • No lock-in — month-to-month contracts. The work has to keep earning the relationship.
